Here's the absolute perfect height for our 'Plain Tree Pool'. This is a notorious big water, big fish holding pool on Newtyle and often produces a 20 lbs plus salmon in these high water conditions. As you can see from the video there's a perfect flow through here today and around 15ft in depth running down this right hand bank of the river. Salmon tend to snoop up this side in high water and take a breather in this pool before moving on.
