Here's Fritz Seifert from Austria with his first ever Tay salmon. Fritz has worked hard all week in very difficult conditions with the fly and was finally rewarded by our 'Salmon God' at 3pm today. This hard fighting Springer came to a size 9 Copper Ass fly.

Here's Fritz Seifert with a perfect 3lbs sea trout which he caught on his 4th cast this afternoon after sitting out the high coloured water of this morning. This beautiful trout was returned to the Tay.

36lbs Salmon Caught on Monteith Spey Line



Here's an absolute topper of a salmon caught on the Lower Yokanga in Russia. To my knowledge it is the largest salmon reported (so far) which was caught using the excellent Monteith Speycaster Multi System Spey line. For more information on this product visit the Salmon Fishing Scotland website.

Here's Donald MacDonald from Nova Scotia with his first ever Scottish salmon which he caught on the fly at the Ash Trees pool on Lower Kinnaird an hour ago. This perfect Spring salmon of 15 lbs came to a small size 11 cascade.

Here Bryce Campbell after a successful Spey Casting lesson on the Junction Pool on Lower Kinnaird this morning. This was Bryce's first ever salmon fishing day and this hard fighting sea liced 10 pounder was returned quickly after this photograph. Very well done Bryce.
