Here's Russell's second springer today being returned. Under the new Tay District Salmon Fishery Board's Catch & Release guidlines Russell was entitled to kill this springer but chose not to. This is what it's all about - longterm thought for the future of our river Tay spring salmon stocks. Superb stuff Russell.
