Here's James Davie with his first Newtyle salmon which he landed yesterday on his first visit to the beat in 'The Steps' pool. James was using a black flying C and returned his fish immediately after this shot was taken. Well done James and 'haste ye back' for another go on Newtyle. I caught a salmon roughly the same size as this when i was fishing with my dad earlier during the summer
