Thank goodness that the water has dropped back to 6ft again after the huge weekend water levels. This fills me with confidence for the coming week now that we're into March which in my mind means better daily opportunities to get in front of a springer. Monday to Friday this week are hardly let at all so both Colin & myself will be out covering the high water spring lies to see if we can photograph another springer or two for this blog. I always feel that there's a good chance of a big springer during this early part of the season & it's just a very special time of the year to be out on the Tay.
