Here's Desmond Anley playing a powerful wee spring salmon in the Cottar Pool late on this morning. The oyster catcher was in on the action too !!! The fish threw the fly after an exciting 10 minute encounter and will now be on it's way upstream having learned of the lurking dangers when swimming through the Newtyle beat !!!!!
