This is the best way to really see how a line works in the water. On this particular test I had on the 15ft 3 ips tip and hooked this late run Autumn fish in approx 6 ft of water in a moderate flow rate. Fiddling around with lines has become an obsession with me over the last 6 years and although products are slow to appear they are all subjected to extensive in river tests like this well before any production run is considered.
